I recently needed some advice on a disturbing letter I received and reached out to BRCK based off their reviews and word of mouth. I wasn't disappointed when Trinity was able to schedule me a one on one with one of their lawyers the next morning, free of charge. I showed up (a little late), met with her and Chris where he not only put me at ease about my letter but also advised against retaining them as this was something easily handled by me, saving me money in the long run. Not a business practice I'd expect but I surely appreciated it. He spent about half an hour explaining everything to me thoroughly so I had no doubts what to do when the time came. When it was time to leave they walked me to the door chatting the whole time. The experience I had with BRCK was surprisingly easy and comforting, not something you expect in a legal office. I hope not to need a defense lawyer but should I ever, it will be these guys. Thank you all!

I felt as though the lawyer did a good job on my case when he was working on it. I had little to no communication between meeting him and the first court date. Then none between the first and second date. Finally I heard from an intern about my case and then my lawyer. I know my case was a first offense, and probably not the number one priority for the office. When the office worked on my case, they did a good job, but they do need to work on their communication.
