We needed to establish a Trust for my parents. My sister in law recommended The Voeller Law Firm to me. I am so very great full that she did. They quickly set up an appointment for us and took care of our needs.
They have a quick and painless process and explained why things are done. We received a binder with each section divided and organized so we can quickly find any legal form we may need in the future.
They also treat you with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend The Voeller Law Firm to anyone needing estate planning.

The Voeller law firm was referred to us by another professional and we made an appointment to discuss having them create a Trust for us. Our information was taken at the first meeting and presented in It's entirety at our second meeting without any corrections. They had great suggestions we had not even thought about. In all we were very pleased with the work performed, the timetable and the price was reasonable for our requested work.

Excellent knowledge concerning estate planning including how to assist leaving your heirs the money you earned and saved but did not use. Also, how to protect your assets from being taken if you or your spouse were to end up in a nursing home/facility.
