After several failed attempts, with a different law firm, to establish a new estate plan, I came to Jim for help. With one meeting, the structure was done! The next meeting was signing docs. I could not be more pleased with the results. Jim and his firm were professional, expeditious, very thorough and easy to work with. I'm extremely happy with his work.

Mr. Voeller help my husband and I set up our wills and trust. He takes the time to answer all questions and we never felt rushed to get out of his office. He explains all the legal verbiage and then explains the pros and cons to assist in making all decisions. Angie who works in the office is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I recommend this firm to anyone trying to get their affairs in order.

Rebecca has been great to work with, working through a few tricky estate issues, all the while being very patient and thorough. She also takes her time to explain everything in plain english. My uncle used the Voeller Law firm to plan his estate management. After he passed, I had a few questions about managing his affairs. I was worried that, since my questions didn't involve any significant "billable hours," I might not get the attention I needed. Not so!
