In our initial consultation, Rebecca exceeded my expectations, provided great information, and did not try to oversell the legal services we needed to settle my parents Estate and Trust. It turned out that since most of the assets are in a Trust, we do not need to go through probate to settle everything, which is a huge savings in time and fees. Since I live in a different state, I was concerned about the process of hiring an unknown attorney to help with the settlement process. With only an hour of consultation, she provided great guidance on the overall process and specific actions still required, and they are actions I can take with little or no additional consultation. In particular transferring ownership of a car that is titled in the deceased name can be tricky. Rebecca provided all the forms and specifics of the process to get the car re-titled. She also provided a great recommendation for an accountant to help with all the tax issues and filings. I can highly recommend Voeller Law, and Rebecca Jaroszewski specifically.
