The Voeller Law Firm does a wonderful job. We drove from Houston for our estate planning. James was wonderful. It was easy to communicate with the office and with him. We were very pleased with the process and the results. Would highly recommend this firm.

I can't say enough about the professionalism of this firm. My father is 92 years old and wanted to make some changes to his existing will. Well, we came to the right spot. James Voeller and his staff were wonderful. Mr. Voeller was so great with my father, and explained everything to him and to myself and my sister in a way that we all understood. We now have my father's desires represented in a trust that will help us avoid probate. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this firm!

Very nice folks. David Voeller helped me with Lady Bird deed on my Mom's house along with POI, Advanced directive, etc. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer our questions and explained things in layman's terms.

We used the Voeller Law Firm to create our Trust. Jim made it easy to understand the various documents and their meanings. He gave us examples, and what if scenarios, to help guide us to make the right decisions for our wishes. Would certainly recommend Jim to help with your needs for you Will or Trust.

Mr. Voeller and his staff were attentive, focused, and fully knowledgeable in estate planning. He was able to clean up my mother's older plan, and establish a strong living trust for my wife and I at a cost slightly less than a single probate of any one if us would take. With less to need to tend to, I'm looking forward to a more peaceful retirement.

We retained James Voeller to assist us with our Estate Planning and creation of a Trust for our estate based on a recommendation from our Financial Planner. We are very satisfied with the advise and trust preparation and document delivery process performed by the Voeller Team. They really "get it" and helped us understand the difference between our simple Will and the Trust documents. We now feel more secure in our future asset protection.
