Rebecca handled our contested custody case and did it with professionalism and kindness! She lived and breathed our case for a year. I honestly felt that she felt the agonies and joys right along with us the entire time, yet she maintained her ability to see all sides. I know that her efforts and knowledge allowed her to do things and achieve successes in rulings that we had been told by others could not and would not be done. Every single time we walked into that courtroom she was clear thinking and well prepared and it showed. She's honest and told us exactly what we needed to do, she held us to her high standards. It's not easy when you're in the fight to stay above the fray, but her advice was to insist we maintain a certain standard of behavior that lead to a favorable outcome in the end. This case had us at the brink of despair and she was the reason we got through the storm! We went in not knowing what to expect scared to death having to put our trust in a lawyer and the system and it was clear from the initial meeting she could handle our case. She did it!

I recently established an Revocable Living Trust with the Voeller Law firm. I worked with James Voeller to create the trust. He was my parent's estate lawyer and helped my family through the legal process when my father died. We were very happy with the support and guidance we received. I found Jim and his staff easy to work with, efficient, knowledgeable and experienced. My situation was complicated in that I owned homes in different states and in Mexico and he was able to give advice on the best way to handle these in the trust. He provided an organized binder of documents to contain everything in one place and a flash drive of copies so I can easily store and send the information to my executor. I look forward to working with him in the future.

My husband and I recently planned to interview several attorneys in order to select someone to advise us on revising our estate plan, but once we met Jim Voeller, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. Jim is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient.
