I went to David after dealing with drug addiction 12 years I caught a felony possession. Him and his team stood by me through the process helped me understand what was going on. If you’re reading this you probably need good legal representation. I’m telling you right now! As my son is my witness(may you rest easy boy) you have found the right law office. I was skeptical checking everyone had a plan A,B,C and D. But I’m glad I choose to go with the law offfice of David Hardaway! I was appointed the charming fellow Trey! With all due respect he is a beast and well known. You pay for experience, knowledge, and a lawyer with the right professional rapports you will need when facing criminal proceedings! Go with Trey I vouch for the guy he’s the best!!! I won’t go into detail all I can truly say is this law office knows what they are doing and have the right representation around! Quit frankly I was fudged before I found them. And they alleviated a lot of the stress and anguish and worry and it resulted in something I was pleased with. Even during proceedings his work experience and rapports were paying off. You may have to do some work and if it’s not beneficial to the case hey at least it made you a better person. Their fee is fare, they will work with you on a payment plan with a good down payment. Don’t be cheap you get what you pay for and if you are looking for legal representation than most likely you screwed up or need the best help. They have easy ways to pay with reminders up the wazoo about court dates, things you need to do and of course payments! Don’t mess with hays county or think it’s gonna be a walk in the park! You need these guys quit searching just call them pay the money and get the help you need cause like I said hays don’t play! They will roast you if you go in there without the proper representation.

I can't express enough the gratitude after working with David's practice. I was facing some very serious charges , 2 Felonies, (1 of which was aggravated) and a Class A misdemeanor. I also checked this review section as I did with other attorney's but no other office really jumped off the page the way Mr. Hardaway's office did. I was very lucky to be assigned to Trey Thompson who was an absolute pleasure to work with. There wasn't a single day that went by that I ever wondered what the next steps were, communication from start to finish was excellent. I was very lucky as Trey was a former prosecutor for Hays County, which under my circumstances I feel helped tremendously to achieve the result we did. Not to mention Trey is one hell of an attorney. He consulted with me after negotiating an offer to dismiss both Felony charges in exchange for a no contest plea to the misdemeanor. This could have drastically shifted the course of my life if the result was different. If you are considering Mr. Hardaway's office for representation after reading this, trust me it will be the best decision you can make for yourself.
