After researching and speaking to several lawyers about my case, I decided to go with David. He and his team immediately went to work, and got my MTAG withdrawn in less than a week. They addressed all my concerns in a timely manner, and even worked with my finances to come up with a payment plan that worked for me. I am so grateful for all his help. Would definitely recommend Mr. Hardaway to anyone looking for an amazing lawyer.

I had a public defender previously, and was told that I’d be serving time in jail with a huge fine, that didn’t sit well with me, so I found David Hardaway and right away they reassured the anxiety I felt around this and told me that’s not going to happen, low and behold after giving him and his legal team the ammunition and paperwork he needed for the case he was able to successfully get my charges dismissed so I could resume my life with my wife and 8 month old son. It was definitely a rollercoaster from learning from my mistakes, but this law firm is by far one of the best ones I could recommend for anyone having legal issues.

I have encountered and worked with dozens of attorneys and law firms in my 10+ years as an addiction and mental health professional. This time around, having found myself as the one in the cross hairs of the legal system, I turned to the Law Offices of Mr. David Hardaway for my personal defense. Mr. Hardaway was and has been extremely efficient and responsive from the very beginning. My initial request for his services came on a Sunday when I sent him a request by email through his website. Within hours, on a Sunday in the middle of the Holiday season, Mr. Hardaway himself responded to me by phone. During our initial conversation I was extremely anxious and stressed out about my pending charges because I have an extensive past record. Mr. Hardaway did an amazing job of calming me with his patience, understanding, and demeanor- he gave me the impression that my case was not too big to handle and I left that initial conversation calmed and confident that I made the right call. All I will say from there is that there were no broken promises, no false hopes, no shattered dreams. Long story short, he was extremely affordable, extremely knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and... he was able to get my case dismissed. I cannot stress to you enough that Mr. Hardaway is bar none the best in the business. Amazing team led by a very determined leader. David and his team managed to put to rest some thing that was falsified against me over six years ago. They worked with me and had patience with me to not only solve that case but also a traffic related incident I got myself involved in as well. All in all a very great experience. Couldn't have asked for a better attorney. Especially since my last lawyer was bad at communicating and keeping me apart of the whole case, I was extremely relieved to find out that this time that wouldn't be the case. Especially at the end!
