Sergei listened to my case and was there for me when I needed a swift and strong guide towards what I was facing. He understood my points and had his staff work hard to facilitate the process with intelligence and grace. Could not recommend enough, fantastic firm and team assembled here.

My experience:quick to take large retainer fee for this particular case but did not deliver. I understand results aren’t guaranteed, but unfortunately this is about continued extreme billing on a case I barely spoke to the actual attorney about. Continued to charge me and supposedly make a call (with extensive charges) AFTER I had communicated with them in writing that I did not want to spend further money on the case. Their bill came in and I emailed firm to communicate my billing concerns immediately (per what they state to do if billing issues are noted-contact firm). Zero response from firm!! Was already gouged initially with large retainer fee for this case (that I was told should do the job and it INDEED should have covered their work and more). Unfortunately, job wasn’t done by the appointed NON-attorney of firm. $$$$

10/10 service from the staff here at Sergi & Associates. Tony and Kyler did an amazing job with walking me through the steps we took in the case. Kyler did a great job of answering all my questions, following up with me, and overall making sure that I knew where we were in the process. They were very professional and we got better results than I expected. Again 100% satisfied, I can’t recommend them enough. You’re in good hands with the teams here.

I chatted on line with them and they called me but I missed there called. I will contact them after the holidays.

This law group stated they would take my case. Did did no investigation what's so ever. They are like all lawyers now days. If it takes work and investigation they. Quit. That's sad. I didn't contact no other attorneys becouse I had my trust in them all they did. Was talk to a detective. And that was all it took. Instead of doing thiere investigation calling company nothing. Took almost 2 months to te me they quit on my case. I will call the board. I coukda had an attorney. That would fight and investigate and just didn't take a detectives word. If you are working for me. That's. Sad. Go some where else. If your case is gonna take work. Forget it. They just want the money from easy cases that require no work

Didn't speak Spanish but still wanted to take the case. A year went by and could bring the case to a closing, for all I know they pocketed 100% of the winnings! Very untrustworthy firm, don't get haggled !
