I was very disappointed with the service I received from this firm for a variety of reasons. I would never refer anyone needing assistance to them. I don't believe I received my monies worth from this firm.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Sergi without reservation. Not only was he able to defend (us), but Mr. Sergi maintained a positive attitude and calm demeanor throughout the stressful process of court litigation. My family and I appreciate feeling like a priority and will continue to hire Mr. Sergi in the future.

Sergi & Associates is a great law firm in San Marcos, TX. Very professional and does a great job of keeping clients up to speed on any updates and necessary information without overwhelming you. They cater to the client and make it as easy as possible to work with them throughout the case. The staff is excellent and high knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed working with Brownyn Sergi, she took my nerves away and made me feel as though my case was just as important to the firm as it was to me. I’d highly recommend the Law office of Sergi & Associates to anyone.

My parents lied in court and tried to take custody of my daughter away from me. David Sergi took my case when nobody else would and got my daughter home to me! He was amazing! I am complete again having my daughter home and eternally grateful to him.

Sergi & associates agreed to sit down with me and review my documentation at no cost. In the consultation, they ecceded my expectations. Excellent advice.

Do not waste your time and money with this firm! They charge more than regular firm under the premise that they do a better job, then do little to nothing for your case. My family has given this firm a few chances and each time nothing was accomplished for us. They stretch out court dates longer and longer just to charge more money. On multiple occasions I had to call them to check if I was still scheduled for court the next day, and no one seemed to know. If I hadn't called they would have missed my court date. Not to mention, I took time off of work to finally go to court after two years of rescheduling because we had talked just a week prior and they completely forgot and missed going to court when I showed up. They lied and said they rescheduled it, I double checked while I was in the court house and this was not the case. They finally rescheduled it later that day. Then they were rude about me asking how they were going to handle it. This is the most unprofessional of a business I have ever worked with. You are better off going with a court appointed attorney than using a firm as unprofessional and untruthful as Sergi and associates.

Overpriced

Juliana is an attorney that really makes you feel like she cares. She is quick in getting results. If I ever need an attorney again in the future, I will use her. Granted, I've only needed a traffic ticket worked on but she made me feel important.
