I was previously being represented by another lawyer and I just did not feel secure with the lack of communication. Especially due to the severity of my case I knew I needed someone who was going to represent me in the best way possible. Despite already dishing out thousands of dollars to my previous lawyer, I gave David a call and he immediately made me feel sure that I was making the right decision by hiring him. He had a portal that kept me up to date with all the documents and always answered the phone on the FIRST RING despite being a busy professional. David fought for me and the outcome was the absolute best case scenario. One of the better life choices I’ve made was hiring Mr. David Hardaway and I am forever thankful.

Helped me alot while i was shopping for attorney

When I first met David Hardaway, I could tell immediately that he was an up front and honest lawyer. He looked at the details of my case and made me feel confident I could trust that he and his associates would do everything in their power to fight my case. He charged a fair fee to take care of my case, and even supplied his personal phone number if I had any questions or concerns. He got my charges drastically dropped and I could not be more pleased with he and his staff's services. He even drove nearly two hours to a completely different county than the one he serves and took care of my divorce for me. I was completely astonished when he did not charge me an additional fee apart from the original case I hired him for. When the time came, he got the charges sealed so I would not have to stress about explaining it to future employers. I hope I never find myself needing legal services again, but If I did, I would not even think twice about who to go to.

i wasn’t sure what to do where to start and who to talk to. i felt screwed and called a lot of lawyers trying to find ANYONE who could help me. i can across Mr.Hardaway and at first he was not over very knowledgeable but was compassionate. i stopped and was just trying to calm down and relax and he calls me back out of no where and when i answered he told me “hey blake i just wanted to tell you everything is going to be ok”. that’s when i chose him to represent me. he was there for me when i called him to get more information he would keep me updated on everything all the time. after everything my case has not only been dropped but as soon as it was he told me the process and explained to me how we can get it expunged. he is great at his job and great as a person and i would always recommend David Hardaway.

While in jail. First Week after hiring them they got me a court date for a bond reduction that was the next week and the wouldnt settle for anything less than a P.R. Bond and I got it! Grateful as I can ever be
