I truly don’t have the words of how thankful I am for David and his team! Being in graduate school, having a criminal record is literally the most terrifying thing. Not only did they get my charges dismissed so I could get my life on track, but they invested so much time walking me through the legal process and educated on the consequences with each decision that I made. I had worked with a previous attorney and the biggest difference was how safe i felt disclosing my situation and they didn’t judge me for any of it. I’m genuinely grateful for having them represent me and for everything they’ve done for me. They are truly great as lawyers and as people.

I have had David as my lawyer now for over a year and half throughout the entire process of my case. David Hardaway Will represent you, will consult with you, but will not fight for you. You’re basically paying for his name on your case rather than paying for a lawyer who actually cares to get you the best outcome. Reset my court dates till he was paid off then went with the first offer without even trying to negotiate. Gave up my case because “it wasn’t a slam dunk”. I was given a penalty far worse than other friends who had a worse case than me. Aside from the thousands he charges for your case (supposedly a set fee) he even charges hidden 100 dollar fees for some of the court dates he shows up to. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
