Definitely recommend David and his team! Worked with him on my case for close to 3 years. He was affordable, very patient and understanding. Always worked to make sure my best interest and my own mental health throughout the stress of going through the process, were considered. Not only did he handle that case, but also put me in the right direction for issues I was having concerning custody issues. Couldn't have asked for a better team.

We live in San Antonio, but unfortunately, my husband got himself a DUI in San Marcos. It was gonna be more expensive to hire a lawyer from San Antonio to travel to San Marcos to represent him so he looked online and found the law offices of David Hardaway. After reading the reviews, we decided to contact them and see if they would take his case. From the very beginning, they were very accommodating to the fact that we lived in San Antonio, and not San Marcos. Also, their rates were very reasonable, and they even allowed us a payment plan. All our meetings were done through zoom, which was very convenient for us. Mr. Thomas Pare was assigned to my husband‘s case and he did an outstanding job. He kept us in the loop every step of the way by always answering his phone and his text messages when we had questions. We were very pleased with the way the case was handled. And especially with the outcome of the case which Mr. Pare, with his hard work and dedication to my husband’s case, accomplished to get all charges dropped against my husband!!!!! We highly recommend going with the law offices of David Hardaway, especially with Mr. Thomas Pare being part of the team!!

David Hardaway's office is a really good lawyer I REALLY would recommend him. I made a mistake but never gave up , he understood my situation and I felt more like a family i could trust. Great lawyers easy process. Had a misdemeanor case and was dismissed. Tom was my lawyer answered all my calls when needed or had any questions. Easy communication with office and staff. Recommend them with any criminal cases. 10 out of 10 rating.

I want to start off by saying thank you to David Hardaway’s entire staff a team who worked on my case and helped me through the whole process . This was all new to me an a bit scary if I’m being honest , but with their guidance and help, they reassured me along the way how things would happen and take place and stayed in touch through emails , text, phone calls. I may have bugged them a Bit too much at times….. but they always returned any of my messages with Full confident answers for me and made me feel much better afterwards.
