I was facing a legal issue which could of lead to a “simple” felony needless to say through all the possibilities running through my head on what could happen it turned out better then I could of imagined, DROPPED gone done I couldn’t be happier; 6 stars?

David is a great lawyer! He solved the case with a favorable outcome. What I appreciated the most about him is that he was always reachable, even after hours or during weekends. I recommend him.

David Hardaway’s Office saved my life. I was a college student just graduated, starting my career and next chapter. I made a mistake as a young adult, a DWI and two count felony possession charges. David met with me directly, laid out the expectations, kept me up to date with where I needed to be at court and when. Prepared me for the long battle ahead. His team believed the punishment was not just to what me as a contributing member of society deserved. His team of elite defense attorneys worked CONSTANTLY from 2019 through covid to 2023 to finally had my felonies lowered to misdemeanours for a more than fair rate. If I would have had any other team I don’t think I would still have the freedoms I have today. First off I want to say thank you to Davids Office but specifically to Thomas Pare, & Trey Thompson for handling my case. What I was dealing with almost felt like there wasn’t any good outcome, but thanks to them & their counseling, everything worked out extremely well. There was times I wasn’t able to pay on time. David always worked with me, never made me feel like he couldn’t do his job because I was late on payments or made me feel pressured to put off my other living expenses to pay. I appreciate the honesty they gave me, instead of hypotheticals. They also toke their time to make sure I understood everything before I signed my name on any paper.
