My wife had serious felony cases in three different counties. Bill got her in a treatment facility which fixed her court problems and a lot of personal problems we were having. He always answered our questions and spent a lot of time on these cases. He saved our family and we are very thankful.

As soon as Bill looked at the discovery he told me that the State couldn't prove their case.  It was a felony and I was scared, but he got an investigator to go out and talk with everyone who was around.  The prosecutor still wouldn't dismiss the case and Bill told me we should take it to trial.  Before the trial day the prosecutor talked with Bill and then he dismissed the case before it went to trial.  I was so releived! I have dealt with other defense attorneys before, but if I ever need another one I will go straight back here.  Thank you Bill.

Wasn't happy with the outcome of our child custody case. he acted as if he didn't have time for us. spent very little time on our case. also he was taking sides with the other parent over us. him and his staff was provide EVERYTHING they needed win the case but instead they chose to drag it out and when we walked into court he acted as if he was Unprepared for was going on.

You could more than likely find better law and attorney services if you walked into a Whataburger.

Stay clear of this attorney!! He's lazy and a coward...period! If he's handling a criminal case, all he will want to do is plead out the case...no fighting. Same with child custody cases....too scared and lazy to take it before a judge and fight for you. He will start agreeing with your ex instead of you!!!! He turned my custody case into a nightmare because he didnt want to fight, even though my son wanted to live with and was willing to speak to the judge (15 at the time of the case). Instead we settled for 50/50 custody, but left me on child support, paying the full amount that I was paying before!! Stay away from him!!

I wish I could give negative Stars. I was the one with charges yet this man is a criminal he lied to me to get money didn't do a single thing for my case and then took the DAs side try to force me in to a sentence of 10 years when I ended up with probation from a court appointed lawyerthis man deserves to be locked up more than the criminals he represent a straight up thief

Dishonest to say the least. Doesn’t return phone calls. Tells you for 9 months that everything was taken care of but would never send the proof to me for the services they were hired for. I called last week to check the status again, no answer, left message with no call back. A few days later I get a letter that shifts blame on everyone else except themselves. Needless to say, call someone else for your legal needs.
