Placed a phone call to see if Mr. Troy coould help my partner or to even see if we need a lawyer. He took the time to hear what was going on and what we could do. By the end of the day he was able to get a document we needed signed so she could move on to the next step with the navy. He was persistent and kept in touch every step of the way.
