When I was living in Texas, I received a Citation for DWLI. I had no idea I had a court date, and moved to my home state of Michigan. It wasn’t until 9 years later that I realized I had a warrant! I was scared and didn’t even know what to do or where to start! I contacted Jackie, and he set my mind completely at ease and handled everything on his end with court and getting the charges handled! So down to earth every time we spoke! Couldn’t have been more pleased with my representation. Would definitely use him again, and is highly recommended!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if it could help someone else in their legal cases I’m leaving this one. I would not recommend this firm to absolutely anyone! I have multiple emails between myself and mr vanzandt regarding my case. He could not keep scheduled meetings or even phone calls on serious matters that I needed guidance. Throughout the whole time of him being my representative I only personally got to met him 1 time, all other scheduled visits never happened because he “didn’t know” or calls he never made because I don’t even know why 🤷🏼‍♀️ there was absolutely nothing done with my case and I have not heard back in 2 months almost regarding a retainer refund which I most likely will not see considering he hasn’t emailed be back and you can’t reach him in the office either.

If he is your lawyer run don't look back. Get a lawyer from another county, please help your self don't waste your money

This office is HORRIBLE. At returning calls, emails and any other kind of communication. I highly recommend you don’t use this lawyer if you want actual help. He might be able to do something about your case if he or his office staff would return your damn messages.

This man is a terrible lawyer never shows up for his clients or answers the phone or calls anyone back. Please spread it around how awful of a lawyer he is. My son had no representation for a case with CPS and now he is loosing his kids due to him not being there and doing his job court appointed or not!!!!

The experience we had, left us with nothing but the utmost confidence and thankfulness for his thorough knowledge and quick communication.

This man is a straight shooter, and very good at what he does. Jackie has a fantastic work ethic. He demonstrates respect to you not just as a client, but as a fellow human being. I usually want to know every little detail of every step taken because I do not trust others competency. In my experience with Jackie, I have every confidence in his abilities and knowing he will always give his very best has given me great peace. He's a busy guy, don't expect him to be at your beck and call. That does NOT mean you are neglected. He never let's anything slip through the cracks. He is fair, has a great heart, and is truly a genuine individual. I can't speak highly enough of him.
