In early 2022 I needed legal assistance but wasn’t sure where to turn. I had no prior experience with the complex legal system I was up against and had already attempted quite a bit of research on my own regarding the applicable legal parameters and subsequent outcomes that would ensue as a result of my case. After running into countless dead-ends and frustrating, outdated information along the way, I finally decided to bite the bullet and retain a lawyer. I reached out to Jarvis & Hamilton Law Firm for help and it turned out to be one of the best choices I’ve ever made. Matt Hamilton and his fantastic paralegal Christie worked together on my case and helped me secure a second chance at life after 15 difficult months of struggling to keep my head above water. They worked with me financially throughout the duration of my case, which was an incredible gift in itself, all outcomes aside. They took care of the vast amount of bureaucratic red tape in the many months before my case was set for trial, and despite the circumstances I was able to continue working and living my life somewhat normally throughout multiple pre-trial court dates, all thanks to their assistance. I would like to mention in this review that if your case goes to a jury trial you will no doubt be blown away by Matt’s knowledge and expertise throughout the duration of the jury selection and subsequent trial just like I was. He is thoroughly knowledgeable regarding all of his evidence and arguments, assertive without being aggressive, and his communication skills are on another level! In addition to his outstanding courtroom presence, he has a wide span of prior experience, and exudes a high level of professionalism and respectfulness at all times. Having worked with Matt and Christie throughout the duration of my case, I would never choose another office were I to need legal assistance in the future- nor would I let my friends or family go anywhere else. 100% worth your time and your business, and the best choice for your attorney needs by far!

There is no one I would trust more than Bob if I were ever in a situation where I needed a lawyer again. His professionalism, attention to detail and empathy make him great at what he does. Although I wasn’t in an ideal situation, I loved working with Bob and Lisa specifically on his team. They were quick to communicate and answer any and all questions. I am forever grateful for this team!

If you are in need of a great attorney and team, you found it. Matt Hamilton is a damn good attorney! There is no BS. Matt will tell you what he can and cannot do to help you. There are no false pretenses and he is there to help you and your families. He is a great calming factor to help you weather the storm. Also Matt knows how to put together a great team. Christie is just as wonderful. As you can see, I cannot say enough nice things about them….this is a five star and more referral.

When my boyfriend first hired Matt to help with his case, we didn't have the highest of hopes being that this was his 4th theft charge and he was already on probation. From the beginning, Matt and his assistant Christy treated us with respect, answered all of our questions, and never just left us hanging. The day of court, Matt got my boyfriends felony theft charge dropped to a misd. deferred. Therefor he just has to finish up his 2 years left on probation with no issues. I really could not write a review that would even get close to explaining how awesome this experience was and how highly I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for a lawyer. Even if you believe there's no hope or your case seems too bad - I suggest you call this guy before throwing in the towel. Well worth the money. Also, shortly after my boyfriend hired Matt, we came to the realization that he is also the one that helped my mom out a few years prior, and he worked a miracle in her life as well! If i could give Matt Hamilton 10 stars I would. You wont regret hiring this guy! EDIT*** My boyfriend acquired like 2 new charges resulting in his older charges turning into MTR’s and MTA’s. Honestly, it was so much and I’ve never been so confused in my life. The only outcome we expected in all this was prison. We just wanted to try and get the least amount of time possible. Well, fast forward a year later to today at court, and Matt was able to get my boyfriend 70 days county jail with work release and 5 years added on to probation and eligible for early release after 3! Honestly, saying this was a miracle is an understatement. We consider matt to be part of the family now after all this and we really can’t thank him enough. 10/10 recommend. I don’t think there’s a case he can’t win and come out on top. Take my advice and hire him if you need a lawyer. I’m just still in shock at what he did for us!
