I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Matt Hamilton is the most knowledgeable and professional attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he get us the best outcome possible, but he was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Matt was a beacon of hope when we believed things were completely hopeless. He truly delivered and got us the outcome we had prayed for. His empathetic and calm demeanor helped us through some very difficult times. I wholeheartedly recommend Matt Hamilton!

Super happy I was referred to this firm! Matt was caring, professional, and absolutely knowledgeable. I never felt judged but more like, at ease as he was patient in explaining the process, pros, and cons with absolute transparency. I came to him with charges including conspiracy which alone can carry a double digits sentence however, thanks to Matt I avoided jail time and was given 5 years probation. I could not be happier as I am the sole caretaker to my three children and a jail sentence would of been absolutely catastrophic to them. Matt Hamilton is a genius! I was facing a 10 year prison sentence for a felony DWI and yesterday, I received a jury verdict of “NOT GUILTY.” Not only did he keep me out of prison, but he ensured that my newborn son will have his father present during his most formative years. I absolutely can not thank him enough. Matt’s knowledge and understanding of the law, standard practices and testing procedures is nothing short of impressive. He also has the innate ability to strategically deploy said knowledge in a manner to completely befuddle the opposing council/expert witness. If you are curious what I mean by this, I watched him make a chemist with more than 10 years experience walk back nearly her entire testimony to the point that made her entire analysis completely subjective. Additionally, his cross examination of the arresting officer was sublime, however, given the current socioeconomic climate regarding “Public vs. PD,” I find it prudent not to comment on this issue any further. All I can say is that I wish that you would have been there to see it. So it is one thing to have knowledge, but it is a completely different thing to deploy knowledge. Matt’s deployment of knowledge not only covered the legal aspects of my case, but also eased my fears from a personal aspect. Matt walked me through every possible scenario, presenting the pros and cons of each state. His insight regarding the possible outcomes, even though some were dark, put me at ease. I would be remise if I failed to mention Christie. Christie is Matt’s sometimes foul mouthed paralegal that you can’t help but fall in love with. She is stubborn and she is firm in her beliefs, but she will also be your best advocate throughout the duration of your case and beyond. My case lasted nearly four years, internally it was very difficult for me to find hope, however every time I walked into Matt’s office, Christie was always there to greet me with a smile and reaffirm that I was in good hands. If you were to only take one thing away from what I have stated throughout this review, take this: “Hire him, trust him.”

Bob was a phenomenal attorney!! He was very upfront and direct with our case. When he talks to you, there is no doubt that he is tremendously experienced and ready to take on anything you put in front of him. All of his staff was great as well!! Bob and his team will protect you. Don’t hesitate, if you need a great lawyer, this is the guy you want on your side!!

Matt and Christie make an excellent team! When you find yourself in need of a lawyer, usually the circumstances aren’t great…but Matt walked us through each step of the case and really put our fears to rest. Christie was great at all the coordination and communication of the small details. Would highly recommend them to any friend or family member.

Matt Hamilton handled my son's case. He was wonderful. He found a plan that worked for him and followed through with him as he completed it. Christie was great as well. Everyone we encountered during this process were friendly, courteous, and genuinely caring for the individuals they're called to represent. They communicated effectivity and efficiently and was always just a phone call away. I thank God for an attorney that truly had my son's best interest at heart. But this nothing, I'm sure this is what happens with every satisfied client.

I just want to say that I did not know who to use as an attorney and I googled lawyers in Sherman Tx and Matt Hamilton's name came up and I read about him and my gut instinct was this is the guy that will help me through a very difficult matter. Legal matters are the scariest and most uncomfortable things to deal with as in most cases, individuals are placed on a roller coaster of emotions, a financial strain to the family, an unpredictable outcome that is in the hands of individuals that do not know YOU, from the next docket case, and a process that takes a lot of time to get to the end. We all need someone to have our back who believes in us as we go through this process. Someone that can translate the foreign legal jargon, that will present you with all your options but highlight the best one, and someone that is available to answer your questions or talk you off the ledge.
