I was referred to David by my divorce attorney. I was seeking innocent spouse relief from unpaid taxes incurred while I was married but was unaware of. I could have submitted the IRS Form 8857 Request for Innocent Spouse Relief on my own but decided the issue was too critical not to have professional help. It was embarrassing to admit I signed most of the tax returns during my marriage without review and had no idea I was on the hook for over $100,000 in back taxes. I did not know how I was going to get anyone to believe a 56-year old, college educated woman in a 25-year marriage feared her husband and was blocked from participating in any household financial matters. David helped me out with my IRS Tax Problem. I actually got scammed my first time using a Law Firm in Beverly Hills CA and they took $19,000 from me and did nothing for me causing my situation to get worse. I then used another Lawyer from North Dallas and he lied to me and told me to do a chapter 7 bankruptcy and he would “bundle” my tax debt into the chapter 7 with my credit cards and I would “walk away” owing zero. Unfortunately that was a Lie. I only walked away from the credit card debt not the tax debt. I finally ran into David and he helped me with an Offer and Compromise.
