Al Malone is a great attorney. He stayed in contact with us from the beginning until the end, letting us know how the entire process worked. He cares. He would even call just to check in on us to see if we had any questions about anything. I have NEVER had an attorney that checked on me! He is AWWSOME! I highly recommend!

Alvin is an awesome lawyer and I highly recommend him. Alvin was understanding and supportive through our entire legal process. He listened to me cry a few times and provided words of encouragement. During our process we hit a roadblock with our taxes, and he fixed it without hesitation because he is also a tax attorney. We then hit another roadblock and he was able to file 2 motions to extend our discharge until we could resolve that issue with our creditor. He also provided us with options to find a finance company that would help us get a new vehicle in which we were able to get prior to discharge. He offered reasonable payment options and did not put a big financial burden on us during our difficult time. Even after our legal process is over, he is working with our creditor to finish out our agreed payments through the reaffirmation though his company to assure that everything is handled accordingly when he did not have to do so, that’s goes to show how great of an attorney he is. Thank you, Alvin, for everything. If you choose Alvin you will not be disappointed. Just to add the other great thing is you will never have to deal with a paralegal or anyone other then Alvin he will be your main and only contact during the entire process. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for our family. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am updating my review and adding a update as of 07/14/2023. Alvin has continued to be such a blessing to my family. We got hit with a huge tax hike on our home and being a new homeowner we did not know the first thing to do to try to protest the taxes on our home as well as working with or mortgage lender through the loss mitigation process. That being said we reached out to Al for help and he jump right in, he not only is walking us though the entire loss mitigation process with our mortgage lender. He also complete our tax protest on our home, which included; pulling comps, writing the protest, making needed correction that the appraisal district had wrong as well as representing us with our county appraisal district hearing. He also completed my spouses yearly taxes to make sure that they were filed correctly and he did not get penalized. This again all at a reasonable affordable cost. Again, thank you Al for all that you continue to do for me family, we cannot thank you enough.

It's not often one has an opportunity to give a glowing review for an attorney but 5 stars isn't enough to encapsulate how generous, patient, and helpful Mr. Malone is. After calling several CPAs and Tax Attorneys I was beginning to feel hopeless. Trying to set up a new business is stressful and daunting. Mr. Malone personally returned my call within 5 minutes of leaving a message with his office assistant. He was very pleasant and very thorough. Before speaking to him I was almost in tears because it felt as though I just couldn't get anyone to help me. I am pleased to say that my issue was resolved. Needing an attorney can sometimes feel scary and overwhelming but you can put your mind at ease if you work with Al Malone. I HIGHLY recommend him. Thanks again Al for everything!

In spite of hitting a few ( a lot ) of brick walls, Al kept digging and trying different angles until he got to the root of the problem. He even filed my past returns for me. Attorney Al was awesome to work with! This was my first time filing for bankruptcy and I had no idea if this would be right for me. However, He educated me before I made a decision before just taking my money like other firms tried to do.
