Al was great with our case. We’ve had a hard road and never once did we feel judged by Al. Our experience was phenomenal and I’d recommend him him for any type of bankruptcy case!

Mr Al Malone has done an amazing job handling my Chapter 7. I made 1 trip to the office, the rest was all done through email/text/phone. The level of communication and knowledge that I received from Al and his team was appreciated. I came to them after dealing with a couple of larger firms where I was just a number. At the other firms I couldn't even get anyone on the phone to discuss my case, Al made it easy. I could even get assistance via text message. If I had a question or an issue they were always there. Even on Sunday on a couple of occasions. I would recommend Al and his team to anyone, they even did my chapter 7 on a payment plan which is difficult to find. It made the initial cost of filing a non-issue.

I called Mr. Malone to get help to file Chapter 7 but I don't make enough money for the zero down. But he was extremely nice and told me what to do. If you can hire him he's the person to go to.!

Very professional, helped our family in an odd case. I was representing my brother who was incarcerated using power of attorney to execute his CH 7 . He began the process before his incarceration, and I was able to represent him while incarcerated to finalize his bankruptcy. Al kept professional communication with me, my brother, trustee and judge to get job done efficiently. Thank-you........

Without going in to case details, I do not recommend this law firm to anyone that is looking for aggressive family law representation. My review is not based on any outcome, but it is based on lack of attorney communication and courtroom performance. Mr. Mitchell is a nice person to your face, but will not aggressively fight for you and does not seem to listen to the needs of the client. It’s not very reassuring when you see your attorney laughing together with the opposing counsel in the hallway during breaks. Mindi in the front office was always a pleasure to work with.

My husband & I just went through the Bankruptcy process. Attorney Malone held out hand throughout the process. If I had a question all I had to do is pick up the phone and if he was not available he definitely call me back. He let us know what to expect and now we have are finish with the bankruptcy. He is a good guy. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to do bankruptcy. One more thing it helped so much that we did not have to come up with the money all at once. I have paid him off :). He is now helping us getting our credit back in good standings.

I hired Mr. Mitchell to assist me with my daughter coming back home with me. I was open with him on my history and all that had transpired. He got to work quick but little did I know it wouldn't be in my favor. An amicus attorney was hired for my daughter and I was told her fees would be billed to the county as I told him I would not agree to her having an attorney because I had no more money. After was all said and done, on the court date I was not asked in the court room only my ex-husband and his family and Rick. Some Information I'd given him he wouldn't even view. He didn't try and help me at all, he cared nothing for my case or my daughter. I even had recordings. Nothing I brought to him he used. If ever I felt discriminated against it was surely this day as I am a black female and my ex-husband is white. I was trying to get my daughter because she is suicidal, she cuts and purges. The only way Mr. Mitchell helped me was to accumulate more bills. After court he sent me a bill for the amicus attorney, which he had previously told me I wouldn't have to worry about, letting me know I had to pay half of it. Oh and during the case I was getting frustrated and I told him I knew he wasn't on my side, then he threatened to go and relieve himself of my case, sure after he'd received $2500.00 from me. All I know is if you are a black or African American person, please do not hire this man. He will not work for you, trust me. I would have done better and probably had a better outcome representing myself. To those of you who don't most of attorneys are colleagues/associates/friends/partners. They council together and just about know the outcome of your case before it is complete. I pretty much paid this man to fight for my ex-husband.

Al Malone is great! He was very efficient and answered any questions I’ve had. I did not have to worry about anything he handled it all. I was completely stress free! I definitely recommend working with him!

After struggling for awhile on our own with our Mortgage Co. to try and negotiate terms through the Loan re-modification process, my wife and I decided to hand it over to a Professional! Al Malone is very personable, and has always returned phone calls and emails, and answered any questions we had. He's made special appointment times for us on the weekends as well as after hours, understanding that we own and operate our own small but growing business. We have also used Al in the Bankruptcy capacity as well, turning what could have been a very stressful situation into a calm and organized one. We have left the courthouse with him on several occasions feeling well informed of what to expect from beginning to end.

i talked to quite a few lawyers before contacting al malone. i almost lost hope, because the lawyers i had spoke to we extremely high and made me nervous. when i heard about Al i called him immediately made an appointment. Me and my husband were bother very pleased with him. he is very professional , and is in my opinion the best option when choosing bankruptcy. he is very helpful and makes sure he gets the job done. thank you so much for helping us!
