Jason failed to transfer the deed of the property when he sent the will to probate court. I have been told by people at the Probate office he IS the one who is responsible for that! This made it impossible to deal with the mortgage company since only our mother was on the mortgage. For having 25 years experience, he sure didn't understand his responsibilities in this action. He became very rude when asked about this and frankly charged $500 more than other attorneys.
Not happy with Jason Hawk as an attorney!

Jason is amazing! I called off of a quick google search regarding a matter that isn’t within his area of expertise. Jason was so kind, listened to my woes and said he’d assist in finding me someone local who can help. What an amazing person! He heard “help!,” and rose to the occasion. Proof that you don’t need a cape to be a hero. Thank you Jason, I appreciate your candor and assistance.

Very nice place to go into to do legal business. They treat you like family. The cost of doing business is very reasonable to say the least. If I need anymore legal help I will for sure return to this law firm.

Great friendly local law firm. Jason is friendly and patient and took time to answer my questions, even off the clock. It's really great to have someone to call from time to time when you have legal questions. Go see Jason when you need probate help or updating your will. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I set an appt for my elderly family for Wills and POAs. We waited for 1 1/2 hrs in the parking lot and no one showed up. I called twice while waiting and left messages that we were in the parking lot. That was well over a week ago and they still have not returned my call. I wouldn’t recommend these people to my worst enemy.
