Don’t even know where to begin. I’ll be reporting Lori Redmond to the American bar association in hopes no one else is taken complete advantage of like my family was. I strongly recommend anyone else feeling the same to file a complaint. That’s the only way we can truly help other people is to have her not practicing law. I paid Lori $1,900.00 to barley ever hear from her again after the money was paid. Only times I ever talked to someone, it’s because I called to get an update. Even then, it was very vague as to what she was going to be doing to help and heighten the chances of parole. When my brother was granted parole, Lori didn’t bother to reach out and let us know he made parole. I don’t even think it was on her radar that he was coming up for parole. On the day of writing this review, I still haven’t heard a single word from Loris office in well over a year, my bother made parole about 2-4 months ago now. I found out through my own due diligence, checking the tdjc website daily. Attorneys have a standard they are held to, they can’t just take your money and very clearly not follow the agreement for legal services.

SHE BEGGED FOR THE LAST $500 DOLLARS SHE WAS OWED BEFORE MY HUSBAND HAD HIS PAROLE REVIEW JUST FOR HIM TO GET DENIED AND SHE HAD NO ANSWERS FOR US. THEN WE FIND OUT THAT SHE NEVER REACHED OUT TO THE BOARD MEMBERS AT ALL. SHE NEVER DID ANYTHING TO HELP MY HUSBAND GET RELEASED. DO NOT GIVE HER A DIME. READING, THESE OTHER REVIEWS, I’M PRETTY SURE THEY ARE FAKE SAYING SHE HAS HELPED THEM. UNLESS SHE JUST HELPS IF YOU’RE NOT BLACK.

Hessam is amazing and takes great care of his clients. Not only does he personally get back to you in a timely matter, but he truly cares and goes the extra mile to do everything possible to ensure his clients' concerns are resolved as best as possible. His knowledge & ability to maneuver through cases, no matter how big or small is amazing. He is even willing to go into unchartered waters. Not just another lawyer trying to get quick money. He has a big heart and really cares about his clients!
