My uncle has been denied 3 times serving a 18 year sentence at this time I believe that she is not doing her job in turning in support letters I could have sent them in my self I literally called every other day to try and get updates on my uncle and they never had any information then looked online and it was updated that he was denied like how did your office not know that ?

3 years and still nothing not even an effort to return a call gets on the phone once a year just to say she is trying never follows up assistant knows nothing does not even send in support letters or file appeal when gets denied does not even inform us we find out by looking at the tdc site
