Not happy with service, not once was I informed about any updates

Got an FI -2! Loved her staff. Caring, patient, and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

My brother missed his first parole, but I don’t believe Ms. Redmond was the cause. What I disliked the most about my service with this law firm is that I never got the opportunity to speak with Ms. Redmond in two years. It was always her assistants. At times, I would begin to talk and she would interrupt by saying, “TDC #!” 🙄 Nonetheless, my brother made parole his second year and received an FI-1. The cost was about $2400.
