Filed for adjustment of status through Will, Nanayakkara & Associates in June 2018, interview was scheduled in Feb 2019 and got cancelled in Jab2019 from then no update if have to contact attorney no response at all i don't understand what to do. May be i did wrong thing choosing Attorney.

I had been working on getting my green card for over 10 years and no one has been able to help me. Every law firm I went was no use it was a mess, until I landed on Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates. In 2014 , I employed Willy Nanayakkara, for an EB 5 process for my son. He was under treatment for Leukemia in the USA. After his second bone marrow transplant, we sought that the advance that we had paid this law firm (In Total $5,000+$900 for project preparation) be converted for legal expenses for processing my L1 Visa. Since than and though submitting all required documents, nothing has been done as I write this review on 17 Jan 2021. Now I will be filing claims against them. WARNING ⚠️ BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS SPECIALLY CHIRO THE CROOK.

Chiranjaya and all members working at this firm has become like family for me. Chiranjaya possess at-most knowledge in EB-5 Investment visa and is a master. Our EB-5 process wasn’t easy due to many technicalities, but Chiro found a way to tackle all problems and solved them and handed our green-cards in our hands. My family and I are so grateful for his help. He always made sure to answer all questions I had along the process. There were times I would email him in the middle of night for emergency situations and he made sure that he answers me the next morning. Working with him and his beautifully trained staff was a blessing. Jacqueline also helped us through out the years. When our green cards were issued to their office in Texas by USCIS, Jacqueline called me and she was more excited to share the news to us than we were. Willy, Nanayakkara and Associates is THE BEST immigration counsel you can ask for. Mr. Chiranjaya “Chiro” and his team have been very helpful and guided us every step of the way for our USCIS case. They provided excellent communication about each of the steps and what forms we had to fill out/what we were required to do and answered each and every question we had with knowledgeability and professionalism. Going through Willy Nanayakkara and Associates greatly simplified the complex process of applying for a USCIS visa. Highly recommend their services whether you are applying for either a non-immigrant/temporary immigration visa or a permanent immigration visa.

Mr. Willy, I had consulted with you a couple of weeks ago on my father, a green card holder who had stayed in India for a period of 1 year and 4 months and we were discussing how to get him back to the US without he losing his Green card. We followed your advice closely. We created a tabbed binder with tabs for the original flight ticket that would have allowed him to return in 4 months time from departure from the US - but was cancelled due to the pandemic and lockdowns, medical certificates and letters from doctors advising him to not travel, copies of medical investigations done in India that showed he was not fit to travel, US income tax returns that were filed for the last 3 years as a resident - including the latest 2020 tax return, bank statements, investment account statements, that demonstrated a close connection with the US, etc. . See attached for a picture of our binder. I think the advice you gave us asking us was to order a wheel chair was excellent. This allowed all of us to stay with my Dad as he got referred to secondary inspection. At the initial inspection point at Chicago airport immigration, the officer said that since the stay was over a year, he was sending us to secondary inspection. He was not willing to entertain any explanations.. At the secondary inspection, I showed the officer the tabbed binder and explained the circumstances of his delayed return. The officer accepted our position, and asked us why we did not get an SB1 visa. I told him that the consulates in India were closed to immigrant visas due to the pandemic. We tried but they had no appointments available until the pandemic was over. He accepted that position and asked us to sign a form that showed the SB1 visa fee being waived. He warned us to not overstay the next time and letting us go due to the pandemic and the health condition shown. Thank you very much for your detailed advice. It gave us a lot of confidence and things proceeded exactly as you predicted they would.
