Error-prone and lack of attention to detail. Errors in email addresses and physical addresses, errors in interpreting bank statements, not able to refer to information sent multiple times in emails. Lack of due diligence and responsiveness. Did not even reach out on an upcoming mediation date - I had to remind. Immediately goes into an angry tone if issues are highlighted.
