Before choosing this guy as your lawyer let me tell about my case with him. Back when I was 19 I was charged wrongfully of felonies, hired a lawyer and was fighting that for about two years. They ended up getting dismissed and I got a lesser charge, and i completed deferred probation. Then I hired Mr. Segura for early termination it got denied the first time because the case wasn’t strong enough for him to fight and he really didn’t know much about my case is what he told me because he wasn’t my lawyer during the time. So I ended up only getting off a month before my actually probation ended. He did go forth with getting a non disclosure for my charge. However, this is what got me as I’m applying for jobs my dismissed felonies were still popping up and there was delay with my job. I called asking is there anything I can do about these cases he told me they would be there forever and there NOTHING I can do. As a lawyer you would they would be on your side and find a solution but not this guy. It really disturb me for him to tell me something like that. I ended digging deeper and talking to other lawyers and turns out I can get my dismissed felonies expunged, something he didn’t tell me. Hope this help choose wisely

Mr. Lazerine helped me from the beginning to the end on my assault charge in Fort Bend County. He represented me and got my case dismissed after a hearing on the day of trial. I was ready for what ever consequences I had to face but with his amazing knowledge and guidance he was able to get my case DISMISSED!!!! He was great with communication and working with my job schedule on setting up meetings. Adam is an amazing guy outside of being a lawyer. You can tell that he cares and carries himself professionally. Saying that he is always available is an understatement. If you need him or have any concerns he is there no matter what time or night. He is a thorough thinker and start working quickly. He consults other lawyers to weigh options in order to get you the best outcome. You know what they say 2 heads are better than one. I only received a consultation but he was amazing. I have worked alongside Dan Lazarine for the last four years. Dan handles a multitude of criminal cases from DWIs to serious felonies. Mr. Segura is an exceptional lawyer and a wonderful human being too. He's an honest and a very hardworking lawyer. My brother's DWI case was a tough case for any lawyer to handle it. However Mr. Segura accomplished to get his charges dropped from felony to misdemeanor A and no jail time. Unlike other lawyers he is very reasonable and puts in all his efforts to help you. i highly recommend him anytime any day. I guarantee that he would not disappoint you.

Daniel Lazarine has been a blessing to say the least. He saved me from what i was prepared for to be an endless nightmare. I had no idea what to expect after I shamefully earned myself a DWI. I was terrified of the consequences, considering i had plowed into 3 other people to top it off. Needless to say, i knew i had a long, tough road ahead of me. Then i hired Daniel Lazarine. He was like a breath of fresh air, very clear about what to expect, what i needed to do, and how we were going to do it. He was really helpful and flexible with scheduling court dates, quick in and out on the days due in court so that i could make it back to work in good time. All this was so appreciated, helping me through such an awful time. I am 100% sober and learned so much from this ordeal. Most importantly, I have to say... I've hired lawyer Daniel lazarine on two occasions now and he has gotten BOTH of my FELONY CASES DISMISSED!!!...👀👀👀 SHALL I REPEAT DISMISSED!!. So I would advise you to DROP whatever lawyer you have now and HIRE MR. LAZARINE BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!!!!.

I will always be thankful that I hired Adam as my attorney for my case over anyone else. He is everything you want and truly need in a lawyer. He is hardworking, diligent and fearless in the courtroom. Adam is very professional, but easy to talk to at the same time. He is a great communicator, confident and proactive in his decisions. During the time that Adam worked on my case he had a plan for every step of the way. There were several different scenarios that could have played out and he had a game plan for each one. He saw the bigger picture, knew what the options were and never missed a beat. He explained everything to me in detail and always responded immediately whenever I had a question. Brandon is very knowledgeable about the law and was extremely professional and I would recommend him to everyone. He is very cool and easy to talk to and He tells it how it is so you know what to expect. He gets the ball rolling immediately with no time wasted. He is hard working and puts in 150% and goes above and beyond what you would expect. He is extremely quick at replying to texts and always answered calls within a matter of minutes, if not seconds for whatever concerns or questions I had in my desperate time of need. Not only was he available whenever i needed him, he was willing to meet up with me through holidays or weekends as well and is very flexible and easy to talk to. He kept me updated throughout the whole process step by step, and kept assuring me everything will be alright which gave me a peace of mind. He genuinely cared about my situation and did everything in his power to protect my rights. Not only is he an awesome lawyer to have by your side, he is truly a great friend as well and I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone no matter the situation. I truly would recommend him to anyone. He is very responsive in his calls and text. I did went overboard with text message as i was truly worried about the outcome of my case and asked him so many questions and he answered all of them. I have never had exposure to any other attorney and very blessed to be able to come across who didn't overcharge and was true and honest. He is very knowledgeable in his field and also knowledgeable in the workaround in Fort bend DAs office.
