I was charged with a Class C misdemeanor. He was able to guide me through the legal process and convince the judge that i was not guilty on the very first court setting. In the end, my case was dismissed!!! I contacted many other lawyers in the beginning, and he was the only one to respond very quickly. This gave me comfort to know Brandon was serious and direct with my problem on hand. In the criminal justice system where there is a mix of lawyers that make “promises”, Brandon is one of the rare breeds of a good attorney that stand for the people's right with true morals and value! He is more than just a Lawyer. Brandon is well known in the court room setting, professional and is a cool-headed awesome PERSON. Since the beginning he explains the situation clearly to you. You can definitely be yourself around him and talk about your situation with ease. He answered my emails and calls in a timely manner. Thanks to Brandon, I am able to live stress free with my case behind me now. Ive never been in a situation like this before. I didn't know know who to turn to when a good friend of mine referred Adam to me. It was the best decision ever. He made the process really easy, he made me comfortable & he was excess-able if i had any questions or concerns. I was pulled over and taken to jail some time ago and I felt that I was unjustifiably wronged during the entire process. I was determined to beat my case so I decided to hire a lawyer. I did a google search and stumbled on Capetillo Law Firm. I did not know much about his practice, and I just took a chance on calling his number. He tells me that he has gotten my entire case DISMISSED and that I also have an option to write a complaint against the officer that pulled me over and took me to jail. Talking about JUSTICE!!!!!! I was blown away. I never had to speak to the judge! Matter of fact, I never had to get out of my seat!! Everything went very smooth, and he far exceeded my expectations.
