Excellent choice if you need a DWI lawyer in Fort Bend County. Highly professional, punctual, knowledgeable in the laws and sobriety testing procedures, and great with communication. We waited over 3 1/2 years before the DA finally offered an acceptable plea deal, but he was ready to go to trial from the get go if it was necessary. Thankfully we didn't have to. Mr Segura is the lawyer you want on your side based on my experience.

Brandon was truly a blessing to my daughter and her case. After patience, consistency, and advocacy, Brandon was able to get my daughter’s case completely dismissed!! I have nothing but great things to say about Brandon. When I was first looking for a lawyer I had no idea where to start. I contacted a few lawyers and Brandon was first to reach out to me. We talked on the phone and I told him I wanted to meet in person with him but my work schedule was very hectic so he offered to stay late at his office one evening to meet me after work. We talked in person and he answered all of my questions. When you talk with him you can tell he’s very knowledgeable and that he genuinely wants to help you. He offered a very good rate and was even flexible on payment options for me. Ultimately I got exactly what I wanted regarding my case. He is very hard working and he was always easy to reach by call or text. Usually responding in just a minute or two via text. I was very worried at first when looking for a lawyer that I’d pay someone and then they’d disappear on me once they got their money. Brandon did not do that.
