After a long, arduous process known as our legal system, the best two words you'll hear is "case dismissed" I cannot thank David enough for everything he's done. I knew from the beginning that I could trust him. He's compassionate, straightforward and honest. Knowing his background as a former judge only further sealed our relationship. I am writing this from the courthouse parking lot because I'm so ecstatic. David Hunter comes highly recommended if you're looking for a lawyer that truly cares for his clients. .

Brandon Sims represented me admirably in a criminal matter. He is one of the most communicative lawyers I have ever met. He was always able to be reached whether though a phone call, text or email. He was also willing to meet with me on a couple Saturday mornings due to my work schedule. He is very knowledgeable of the law and was always extremely professional. He was a former prosecutor and you can tell he knows his way around the courtroom. He is straight forward and honest about my legal predicament. I believe his fees were reasonable/fair. I would highly recommend!

David Hunter was recommended to me by an old boss when I was faced with a minimum five year sentence for a third DWI. Mr. Hunter was the consummate professional. He went to bat for me and seemed to genuinely care for my case. My ex-boss told me he was a good lawyer, but David Hunter went above and beyond all expectations. I felt like my life was over, but thanks to David I ended up with only two years’ probation. My probation is now nearly over, and I can happily say that today I am in a much better place in my life than I was before this mess began. David Hunter is a con artist. He will take your money and will do NOTHING to your case. I hired him a few years ago and he did NOTHING other than kept resetting my case for more than a year. Then he tried to talk me into taking the deal the DA offered me when I was accused with something I did not do and the entire case was a complete LIE. I ended up replacing him with someone else and I was ACQUITED and CLEARED! I strongly recommend not to pay any money to Mr. Hunter, he will ignore you once he received his payment!

I was facing my second DWI charge in Harris County when I met David Kiatta. I was looking at jail time and other severe punishment for my actions. Mr. Kiatta knew I needed help. He took it upon himself to get me into a rehabilitation facility. This was only the first step of many that David Kiatta took to help me. He convinced the judge that treatment was the best option for me and I was allowed to leave the state for three months. When I was finished with my treatment, Mr. Kiatta once again went above and beyond. My final sentencing in Harris County for DWI 2nd was time served and court fees. NO jail time, and NO probation.There is NO WAY I would be where I am today without David Kiatta. He will fight for your rights and he will work to get you what you deserve. He is an incredible attorney, mentor, and friend. He is still, to this day, an important part of my continuing recovery.
