My fiancé was facing a felony DWI charge and we didn’t know where to turn. We were highly recommended to David Kiatta by a family, attorney friend. Right from the start he took charge and handled every aspect of the legal issues. I have never had someone go out of their way and treat us the way that David Kiatta did. He treated us as if we were family and he genuinely cared about helping us. During this time my fiancé received 2 more convictions. David went out of his way to help us without even having to ask. He was always there when we needed him whether in person, email, or a phone call. All of the charges, including the felony DWI were dropped! I honestly do not think anyone else could have gotten this outcome. David Kiatta is an honest, man of God who genuinely cares about the people he represents. He also really knows his way around a court room and everyone loves him. Because of him we were given a fresh, new start at life. This would have never happened without his help, guidance, and hard work. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. We will never be able to repay him for everything he has done for us.

I was facing multiple charges (DWI and assault). David was recommended by a family member, and after the initial consultation, I was 100% sure I was going to use David as my Lawyer. David walked me through all my options and offered his opinion on which route I should take. I thought for sure I was going to be doing some time in jail until I hired David. The entire court process was much less stressful and worrisome with David's help. At each court appearance and several times in between appearances, David kept me updated and informed on what actions he was taking to help my case. It was obvious that he knew his stuff and had been practicing law a very long time. David gave me peace of mind throughout the process and in the end, I stayed out of jail and kept my license. Mr. Segura was a true professional in handling my case. He listened to everything said inside and outside of the courtroom. He knows his stuff and knows how to use it. I said to him during my trial when I was in doubt that "we'll need to use some of his magic." He said to me "there's no magic." So I watched and listened to him perform and he was right. There was no magic. It was all SKILL. The way he spoke to the witness, the jury, the assistant DA and the judge. He was strong in getting his points across and ultimately helped me win my case. I was obviously happy and relieved with the result of my case. He did his job and did it well. I can't thank him enough for a job well done.
