When I was in a legal emergency, Evan identified my problem and provided a solution quickly and efficiently. Evan worked hard to make sure the loose ends were tied and set me on the right track. He responded to my calls and emails promptly and thoroughly. I consider myself lucky that Evan had my back. He knows employment law, civil litigation, and estate planning and I would recommend him for these services.

Evan was the first lawyer that responded, so I was on edge to read the verdict. He was super nice, knowledgable , professional and respectful. Even though the answer he had for me was not what I was expecting to hear, and therefore extremely dissapointing for me ( the employer can do whatever he wants to you whenever he wants, for no reason) he delivered the info in the kindest most sincere and sympathetic way. If I had a case against this abusive employer, i would retain his services. Who knew that in the United states of America, in the 21st century, employers can do whatever they want to employees under TX law, while we employees have no say and are essentially powerless. Unbelievable.

I met Evan roughly 4 years ago as I noticed his A&M ring like mine. I immediately found him to be an extremely personable, sharp witted and intelligent man. A very bight future seems ahead of him.
