This firm is one of the worst firms I have ever dealt with. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They tag on fees and are super unethical. I will be reporting them to the Texas bar association.

Sara Gerdes is very unprofessional, problematic and erratic. They run up the HOA bills with huge fees and advise the management what is not in the best interests of the property. These lawyers love to bill by the hour hundreds of dollars to write threatening emails to homeowners, tenants , contractors, residents family members and guests to have a revolving door for billing the HOA. Guessing she was a public defender before and used to talking down to people.
