Notice how every bad review supposedly isn’t a customer, but they all have an overwhelming similar situation. These people are crooks.

The owners of this business particularly Terry Sears did not provide me with a professional service as a business. I personally experienced bias and racism outrightly with this business and I clearly informed them that they do not deserve to be interacting with the public. The email here attached is just one of Terry Sears' communication with me. I will urge the public not to have any business dealings with this business. They are very rude and disrespectful with no professional curtesy on how to run a business. Find the email on their Facebook page. Could not attach here. I had sent a check for payment of services and they sent me a copy of the check voided. When I asked to understand why the check was voided, her remarks were very biased and racist in nature. They preferred to take a collection route charging me double the amount of the initial check I mailed to them. This company needs to be investigated.

There is nothing I can say that has not been said before all I have to say is every bad review on here is 100% true only God will give them what’s coming to them ,Michelle that was handling my case has been on vacation and hence she didn’t respond to any of my calls or emails. And now it’s going to cost me thousands of hard earned dollars or they are threatening to foreclose on my house .

This firm is the legal arm of a poorly put together and unfair property management association called Crest Management. The group as a whole target specific residences by issuing violations and passing on legal fees for deed restrictions only applied to certain homes. Their many one star google reviews indicate a valid trend. Just terrible people whose livelihoods thrive around being an annoyance. Pictures will be attached that show where the firm cited me for parking a commercial vehicle in the community. Pictures show many of the same violations, but this firm along with Crest management only target certain residences. My only assumption is that I am being targeted because I am Hispanic.

They are nothing more than a glorified collection agency that only serves the interest of the HOA; that is their job. However, ethically and morally they are corrupt.

I have worked with Terry Sears and Idalia previously and currently with Midtown Management. This firm has always been consistent with their legal work. Very professional! I would highly recommend Sears, Bennett & Gerdes, LLP.

Getting in touch with this office is nearly impossible they do not answer the emails and avoid your phone calls yet try and collect a outrageous debt. I would like the owner to contact us as soon as possible !

They charged $330 to sent a letter from my HOA to me. Apparently it took them 1.2 hours to send me the form letter that didn't even contain a real signature. If it is $330 for their admin staff to ad my address to a form letter and send it, I'd hate to see what it would cost if an actual attorney had to work on an account. I am contacting my HOA to see who the decision makers are that hired a firm and to file a complaint for these exorbitant charges.

What can you say about lawyers who collect for HOAs?

Michelle never responded the email and phone call. Horrible experience. Spectrum and Westfield HOA bad services for the homeowners.
