Mr Segura took on my seemingly hopeless Felony DWI case in February 2018. I really didn't think there was anything he was going to be able to do to keep me out of prison. After 9 months of going to court for my 6th DWI, not only was he able to keep me out of prison he got me probation with very reasonable terms. I'm so glad I called him first. If you have a DWI in Fort Bend County Mr Segura should be the only call you make. Thank you Mr Segura for all your hard work and keeping me informed every step of the way through this process.

I have nothing but great things to say about Brandon. When I was first looking for a lawyer I had no idea where to start. I contacted a few lawyers and Brandon was first to reach out to me. We talked on the phone and I told him I wanted to meet in person with him but my work schedule was very hectic so he offered to stay late at his office one evening to meet me after work. We talked in person and he answered all of my questions. When you talk with him you can tell he’s very knowledgeable and that he genuinely wants to help you. He offered a very good rate and was even flexible on payment options for me. Ultimately I got exactly what I wanted regarding my case. He is very hard working and he was always easy to reach by call or text. Usually responding in just a minute or two via text. I was very worried at first when looking for a lawyer that I’d pay someone and then they’d disappear on me once they got their money. Brandon did not do that. He was at every court date and always made me feel like he had my back throughout the entire process. I want to thank him again and definitely recommend him to anyone in need.

After having a horrible conversation with a previous lawyer and being pulled around by my current lawyer (resets my case every time) this one has defiantly helped me see things clearly he explained information to me that not even my lawyer has and i haven't even hired him yet i definitely am on the bright side of things and look forward to working with this lawyer in the near future.

Before choosing this guy as your lawyer let me tell about my case with him. Back when I was 19 I was charged wrongfully of felonies, hired a lawyer and was fighting that for about two years. They ended up getting dismissed and I got a lesser charge, and i completed deferred probation. Then I hired Mr. Segura for early termination it got denied the first time because the case wasn’t strong enough for him to fight and he really didn’t know much about my case is what he told me because he wasn’t my lawyer during the time. So I ended up only getting off a month before my actually probation ended. He did go forth with getting a non disclosure for my charge. However, this is what got me as I’m applying for jobs my dismissed felonies were still popping up and there was delay with my job. I called asking is there anything I can do about these cases he told me they would be there forever and there NOTHING I can do. As a lawyer you would they would be on your side and find a solution but not this guy. It really disturb me for him to tell me something like that. I ended digging deeper and talking to other lawyers and turns out I can get my dismissed felonies expunged, something he didn’t tell me. Hope this help choose wisely

Mr. Lazerine helped me from the beginning to the end on my assault charge in Fort Bend County.
