Atty Sowers was absolutely Amazing. She helped me with my divorce in Fort Bend County. I initially hired another attorney that worked with the county for over 30 years and after 6 months I finally got to the point to where I desperately needed to make a change. A friend of mine referred me to Ms. Sowers and I immediately could tell the difference in representation. My divorce case went to trial and Ms. Sowers did an amazing job trying my case. After 3 days of trial, I won my case and will be forever thankful to Carrie. I often brag of how my atty (Ms. Sowers) was so much more prepared than opposing counsel (insert BIG name atty here). After experiencing two different attorneys during my divorce, it brought me to a place of true appreciation for Ms. Sowers and her level of professionalism. It was evident that Ms Sowers cared about my rights as a father, and doing what was right of the children involved. Divorce was an extremely difficult process but I can truly say that my attorney made the difference in an otherwise unbearable situation. I will always appreciate Ms Sowers' temperament during my case. She has an amazing ability to listen, seemingly understand, and give great counsel in difficult and emotional situations. I have and will continue to refer my friends to Ms. Sowers as I hope that they can also get the great level of service that I received.

I recently went though a divorce and hired Mrs. Sowers as my Attorney. This is the first time I have ever needed legal services. She walked me through every step of the process and protected my rights through the whole process. She was available when I had a question and returned my emails promptly. I retained the Law offices of Carrie Sowers for my contested divorce. My divorce was very complicated and included many hearings and mediations. It was a very tolling time in my life. Ms Sowers met with me on many occasions to explain my options and give me her opinion. She makes it a point to personally return phone calls and emails. I was going through a divorce earlier this year and Carrie was wonderful. She was very helpful, and explained my options to me. I never felt pressured. She was soo great that she even met with both my ex and I together (we had an amicable divorce) and was talking with us about our rights and such. She was extremely fair, and let us know what was feasable and 'the norm'. She's affordable, and attentive. She's totally FAIR! She definitely knows the law. Highly recommend.

Yes and No to the reccomendation, If you need an affordable lawyer to handle the legal aspect of your case then she's good. You better know what you want going in though. She won't walk you through your options. Not a lot of customer service. but she's affordale.
