Excellent attorney! Very responsive, professional, and went above and beyond!

READ ENTIRE REVIEW: Questioning not concisely answered. Reviews, to me, seem as canvassing. I'm honest, truthful and upfront. I do not feel all that could be done was. A bit perturbed at the communications and times but he is truly 24hrs. Unfortunately, after entering contract agreement, as with any attorney, you are bound. When questioned about his actions pertaining to my case, response was vague. Objectable in fact, HEAR SAY. When an attorney tells you, "In my experience it is a great offer" and refuses to directly answer questions related to actual experiences you may want to ponder. Negotiations by definition is communicating between all parties involved back and forth to reach mutual agreement. However, in negotiations, what is important to one person may not always be important to the other(s) involved. Especially when the "OTHER" involved brings added or extensive financial details and prices into a contingency case. I.E. You dont get to tell me the charge of filing is $600 when WE are in legal binding contract for percentage of rewards upon agreed settlement prior to court or there after judgement. As outlined in contract agreement. Percentage only increases upon court proceedings and litigation. I have criminal history and not once felt railroaded as I do after this. I do not play games or tell lies. Nor do I avoid questioning by misdirection. I did agree to settle taking advisement. Only because I feel it was under duress. TRUTH. And I wish an attorney was available to get the percentage wasted on this one.
