Brian was very understanding, super nice and went out of his way to explain everything we ask. He made sure to send us copies of everything he filed and provided envelopes with postage on them for us to return every thing he needed. Because we were both disabled this saved us from driving to Sulphur Springs. Brian provided his personal phone number in case we had any questions.
