Bill Voss is one of the best and most knowledgeable attorneys I know. He is very competent in a verity of legal disciplines, very far and straight forward.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I put in an online inquiry to chat with an attorney about our situation and instead of an attorney calling, some guy named David called, didn’t say he wasn’t an attorney and after explaining our situation he said and I quote “you have a big nothing burger here.” - I’m sorry, what? - he then identified himself as a Business Development Rep and said we don’t have a case so there was no need to speak to one of the attorneys on staff. Perhaps if you are not an attorney, you should refrain from giving legal advice. And oh by the way, David - you might want to look into getting a business coach because your level of professionalism was a joke.

Bill Voss is a good man and a tremendous attorney. He helped our family when we really needed it and achieved the best outcome possible.

Water Damage We sustained extensive water damage to our home from the 2021 Texas freeze. Our homeowners insurance grossly underpaid us for our damaged material removal, money needed to fix repairs and restore our home. After searching the internet, we hired the law firm who assigned Mr. Beverly to our case. From the start they had us complete a questionnaire to ascertain our claim. Mr. Beverly and his legal assistant Mrs. Blankenship kept me informed about the case and answered my questions expediently. Mr. Beverly is very knowledgeable about insurance claims, aggressive and works diligently to obtain the best results for his client. We were able to settle for an amount that was acceptable and fair. We are thankful we hired the firm and highly recommend them.
