I called The Voss Law Firm from online and immediately I was transferred to Todd who allowed me to explain my situation. He took down my information and said that he would call me back after speaking with an attorney. Todd called me back after 5 minutes with Dan on the line who proceeded to ask me questions and explained what I should do. I'm not in the same state and though they can't be my lawyer they spent so much time with me and told me what I needed which was an "Injunction" against the party causing me damages. I knew what I needed to do and I cannot thank Todd and Dan enough for helping me. The best is that they want to know how things turn out, I will be texting them the results. I can only say if you need a competent law firm who listens to you and gets things done - go with The Voss Law Firm. I highly recommend, they truly care even if you are not one of their clients!

The Voss Law Firm represents it's clients in an ethical and professional manner with positive results. I am very satisfied with the hard work and results provided by Bryan Beverly and Erika Blankenship. They quickly responded to all of my emails and telephone calls and answered questions in an easy to understand fashion.

We had a roofer stop by and inspect our roof after a storm. They said we had damage from the storm and offered to file a claim on our behalf. Unbeknownst to us, they mistakenly gave 2 separate dates of loss (one was outside of the policy period) to the claims department, so our insurance company used that as an excuse to deny the entire claim. Voss law firm battled the insurance company for 2 years on our behalf. Although their portion of the recovery was more than we ended up receiving, we have no doubt the insurance company would have never paid us a dime without Voss. They were tenacious, professional and thoroughly explained everything so we knew what to expect.
