My name is Steve , I was in need of a good lawyer and i had a case that was almost unheard of , i had a lawyer at the time and i couldn't ever get her on the phone, email or texts and i had a had less than 8 hr to stop my grandson from being taken away from us . I call Dave Matthews at his law firm and told him what was going on and i hired him on the spot and with in an hour he had gotten done what it had taken my old lawyer 2 months and she didnt get anything done. He did the job i hired him to do with out us even setting one foot in court , my son got to keep his son, my grandson . If you want a good lawyer that will do what he saids he will do then you have to call Dave Matthews he will do everything in his power to win what ever you hand him. I will not Hesitate to rehire him any time in the future that i need a lawyer. Thank you Dave for all your hard work.

I can't say enough great things about Mr. Mathews as my attorney, post divorce. I regret hiring a different attorney to file my divorce and quickly moved to Mr. Mathews as soon as I could. He took my calls, answered emails quickly, calmed my nerves in a very contentious situation, and set in place a strategic plan, both short and long term. His honesty about what scenarios would likely play out post divorce were spot on and he had the expertise to counsel me through each step. He is well respected among his peers which I feel makes him that much better of an attorney, as he is able to communicate calmly in difficult situations. Cheaper than he should be, more helpful than he should be, happy to chat and explain, knows the court staff very well and gets the job done. This is a long overdue review, but better late than never I suppose. I don't necessarily deal with lawyers much. This is the second time I have ever had to hire the services of one. However, despite my inexperience, I can unequivicolly say that this particular lawyer is well worth the money if you find yourself in a bind with regard to a traffic ticket. Todd is not only knowledgeable, but straightforward (and dare I say, an honest lawyer as ironic as that may sound), and made me feel as if I was important. Should I ever require a traffic lawyers expertise again, he will be the first one I call.

I was arrested in Montgomery County Texas and charged with a Class B misdemeanor (P.O.M.) I had never been arrested in my entire life, so this event came as quite a shock. I thought, like most, that I could represent myself in court. However, after my first appearance in the courtroom, I quickly concluded I needed a reliable lawyer to guide me thru this mess. Todd Lehn came recommended from a family friend and I am very pleased that I chose him as my defense. As a defendant, I can't express how important it is to know what defenses are available to you in these situations. Todd was upfront about what he could do and what he expected of me in this case. Easiest process ever!!!!! Todd’s energy was so great and he got my issue resolved in 4 days!!!

Reached out to Todd Lehn and his assistant sharks for help on a speeding ticket (94 in a 65). Him and his team (Irene and Jasmine) were fantastic we resolved the ticket within a week and got me the best resolution I could. $150, I didn't have to go to court, I didn't have to do defensive driving (Mind you I am 25, which matters) then I had to pay half of my ticket. Deferred disposition for 90 days and it will be off my record with no points, and no insurance premium increases. Well worth the $300 total for what the outcome is, I would recommend and will recommend them to anyone that is in a similar case as me!!
