Mr Davidson is amazing! Very easy to work with and very thorough highly recommend him!!!

Mr. Davidson has been a lifesaver during some hard times in my life, and having to face the legal system alone is daunting even if you've done nothing wrong. I would advocate for anyone looking for legal help to start here. Even if he doesn't specialize, he'll know someone who does.

I hired Thad to represent me in two cases. He was all talk at consultation. He told me everything I wanted to hear. After a court date that my husband attended with me, Thad became very volger and angry. He cursed me out throwing the F bomb many times. When my husband asked him not to talk to me that way, Thad threatened him and told him to leave. Thad proceeded to tell me he was divorced and didn't want my husband of 15 years around me. He didn't want him in court with me or didn't want me to have anything to do with my Own Husband. He punched his file into his brief case and acted like he wanted to punch me. Wow I could not believe this. He avoided my calls until February 27 where he sent me a motion to withdrawal and complete Lied on it. Please BEWARE!

After going through 2 terribly incompetent (and expensive) lawyers in Tyler, with absolutely no results, I ended up completely lost with a jury trial set, and no attorney to represent me. So, I reached out to a well known Dallas attorney as a last resort. Unfortunately, he had a full docket and could not make it to Tyler. So, he ended up referring me to Thad Davidson. He strongly recommended that I give him a call. So I did. And now, my only regret is that didn’t call Thad first! The first time I met Thad, I knew he was the attorney I’d been looking for. After I hired him, he had both charges dismissed within a month! He only needed one month to do what 2 other lawyers couldn’t do in a year! Amazing! He’s a straight shooter, and he’s not going to pamper you, and just tell you what you want to hear. But HE WILL fight for you like it was his own life at stake! I will be forever greatful to Thad Davidson, and consider him not only a great attorney, but a great man, with strong values and a true passion for his work. If you find yourself in need of one of the best attorneys in East Texas, then look no further!

My nephew found himself in a world of trouble. Being that this was his first time in trouble and my unfamiliarity with the process my family sought out Mr. Thad Davidson. He was able to guide us through the difficultly of the juvenile system and negotiate a commendable outcome with the judge in our case. Mr. Davidson has always been an awesome attorney and someone who truly cares for his clients. He truly has his clients in his best interest. There are so many attorneys in this area but I would choose him every time. He has a heart of gold. I appreciate his hard work, determination and passion to help others. I wish more people were like him.

I had Thad as my lawyer and he seemed to be hated by the entire smith county law. He did not help my case what-so-ever and in fact increased my sentencing. He is the rudest person I have ever met in my life and it is upsetting I have to even give him 1 star. Where are the negative stars? He’s terrible and I would highly advise against him.

That Davidson is "hands down" the most impressive attorney I have ever had the pleasure to witness in side a court room. My trial is not yet over but he has succeeded in accomplishing a very rare milestone, hammering down on the prosecutions witness and blowing holes in the states case he forced a mistrial. I am very pleased with his work thus far. If you want a bulldog who does not know retreat or surrender then you want That Davidson.
