Wouldn't even return my phone call or even meet with me. I was not even worth a return call back.

Promised to get alot taken care of and off records. My daughter got in trouble with another girl, the other girl did not retain a lawyer and got the same outcome. He told us she only got a year probation if she did everything she was supposed to do which was not true. When I called him about it,he acted like he didn't even know who we were. Started out very nice,got our money, and then it went sour.

I did several extensive searches for the best workers comp attorney in my areab and Mr. Cowan's name appeared in several places with wonderful reviews. Unfortunately I would never get to find out. I made multiple phones calls to only receive the answering machine and left several messages for weeks. When finally getting ahold of a live person I was promised a return phone call. And to no avail did this happen. I understand if you are not interested in taking a case but find it very discouraging and tastless not to return phone calls for clients interested in the possibility of choosing you based upon your reviews.

Mr. Cowan carefully listened to what happened to me and the injury I suffered. He helped me understand the law as it applied to my situation! Even though he was unable to offer me representation on this matter, I feel like I have made a friend in the law and will be contacting him again with any serious injury or wrongful death claims that I or my family might be unfortunate to suffer in the future.

When I first consulted with Chuck I was amazed at the "interrogation" I was put through on reviewing my case. This was very important I realized later. When I "loosed the hound" I knew somehow we would win and we did.
