When we were one of the 8,000 homeowners who lost our home in the October 2017 North California wild fire my initial anger was somewhat tempered by the fact that we had excellent insurance. I believed that the insurance proceeds would be close to “Making me Whole”. Then I was informed about an IRS Code section entitled Involuntary Conversion. This led me to ask four Californian and one Oregonian “expert” to explain how the application of involuntary conversion would affect us. Five opinions, all different except that the IRS would expect a share of the insurance proceeds. In despair I started an internet search on Involuntary Conversion and, eventually, struck gold when I read an article in The Tax Advisor site posted by attorney Kacie Czapala and her CPA Alan Campbell. After being paid He started being Very manipulative lawyer didn’t do anything to help everything he said he was going to do he lied about it.Works with The DA to convict his clients!!!He lies an prolong the case never is available to consult after being paid in Full..He avoids you an is Never available case has been going on almost 2 years an haven’t even helped nor tried to get case dropped!!Letting the The DA do as They please not to mention I wouldn’t recommend any black clients to him he will railroad you !!State barr will be notified
