The #1 thing I liked most about dealing with Milam and Fanning was how easy it was to access both Jason Milan and Alan Streetman for information and advice regarding the case. I could call or text them any reasonable time or day or on the weekend and usually get a response within an hour to a day. I never felt lost or without guidance. I sought out Jason Milam for my case based on the positive recommendation from friends. Once he understood the charges and got my version of events he quickly made me aware of the best possible approach to the case and the consequences I’d be facing by not taking said approach. After the deal was worked out with the DA, my case was turned over to Alan Streetman who ran me through all of the necessary paperwork and appearances seamlessly and kept me informed throughout the process. Eventually I got a best case resolution for the charge.

Mr. Fanning is the best bulldog in Waco. His entire firm is friendly and understanding. They work together as a team to get the best results possible for your case. His entire firm makes you feel supported and heard, they are truly advocates for you. I highly recommend them :)

Jason Milam is an excellent lawyer and advocate fir family needs. He was such a responsive and understanding person. I felt very comfortable asking any and all questions to which he provided such excellent feedback and guidance. Jason was by far one of the best lawyers I ever had. Even his assistant she was also great. If he’s ever busy she will help you and go above and beyond for you. I had a different lawyer before Jason and they were offering me jail time . Jason came on my case and when I say he went above and beyond for me even reached out to me to talk to me besides only court to see if everything was actuate. He actually cares about his clients. Jason got the judge to go from offering jail time to getting my whole case dropped. This law firm was amazing. I had the best experience and the best lawyer. I highly recommend Jason .

We hired Jason for my fiancés court case. He was very helpful throughout the whole case. The case took a while but we got through it all as a team. All the ladies in office were helpful with all our ?s and needs. We are very satisfied with the ending results. Jennings worked with me and my separated spouse to draft a final decree of divorce as a non-biased thrift party from our mediated settlement agreement. She was attentive to our wants and quick to respond to our emails and messages. The price was great and I would definitely recommend her and her associates to anyone going through the same issues.

The folks over here are incredible & professional. Laura the paralegal was extremely courteous & patient. My case had occurred years ago & due to violations of probation it was put back on the docket and a warrant was issued to me. Since I was living out of state most firms I called simply told me I had to return to Texas. This law firm not only got my case dismissed they conveyed that they cared and its very fairly priced compared to their contemporaries. Jason, the attorney, was able to zoom with me and represent me even though I wasn’t in the state. Jason set up a zoom the same afternoon I called and offered a strategic plan right away. Jason has a wonderful rapport with prosecutors and staff at the courthouse and most of all he is trustworthy; he is respected and has a great reputation.
