Got the job done

Both the legal expertise and client service from Jason Milam and his team are exceptional. Most importantly, Jason makes sure he is on top of all the facts and the relevant law. In addition, he makes himself easily accessible to his clients, even during nights and weekends. He is always only a text away - much appreciated when questions and issues arise. His staff is equally responsive. Highly recommended.

From the time I first walked into the office of Milam & Fanning I was met with professionalism, kindness and quickly put at ease. After the consultation with David, Jason and Jennings, I knew they were the ones to represent me and walk with me through the process of my divorce. David was upfront with me from the very beginning and I knew the road ahead was going to be difficult. But I was assured they would fight for the best outcome possible for me. Throughout the entire process, Bobbi was my “go to “ person. She was always very prompt in presenting my questions or concerns to legal. Her follow through was always quick and her words of encouragement were heartfelt. I never felt like I was being intrusive and was always met with professionalism from the entire staff. I will be forever grateful to David and his entire team! I highly recommend them!

As we delt with the lose of our son Milam &Fanning help us more than we could of dreamed of. They where there to answer questions when we needed them even now after its all done . Wouldnt use any one else

Jennings Kennedy and David Fanning deserve more than 5 stars. My case was frustrating at times but Jennings was always cool, calm and collected. Incredibly professional and willing to explain anything I needed her to. If I had questions or concerns they were handled quickly. The entire team was helpful, professional and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend!

This firm is just better and different. We have all used a lawyer and felt like they were our first opponent in the case. Two years ago I switched to a real proponent in David Fanning and won my divorce case. As a financial note, I paid more to my previous attorney than to Milam&Fanning to finish and win my case. My sister recommended these folks and I can say she was right. Jennings Kennedy and I would talk often and I always felt prepared. Nobody wants to ever need a lawyer but sometimes you face inevitable situations. We went into this process knowing it was going to be a headache, luckily and fortunately we ended up here; and I CAN NOT stress enough how friendly and helpful everyone was. David worked with us on our case and from the get go he made us feel very comfortable. From the first phone call this firm impressed me. Laura was so wonderful for the first intake call. We couldn’t believe how professional and yet empathetic she was towards my story. Jason was just as great!! On my first zoom call he really put me at ease. He is clean cut and young but has already been named “Best Young Lawyer in Texas”!! I could quickly see that he had the knowledge, experience, and a true heart for his work and his clients. As a millennial, and a tech need, I was so impressed with the ability to upload any document types to their site very easily and quickly. I was kept in the loop every step of the way, and never even had to reach out after the first call. That’s how informed they kept us. My experience with attorneys has been very hit or miss. I feel it was all to my advantage that his online presence stood out to me that day. I was ready to change counsel, and it was a stressful choice to make. Jennings Kennady, Jason Milam and Boobi Hubbard were great to work with. I was not disappointed with how they have taken care of my case.
