I am revising my review until I'm able to access a desktop to delete it. I am not able to delete my review, only edit it so I want to rate my last experience. Jason Milam called me back regarding my situation. He made sure to call me back quickly and he was very respectful and has good communication skills. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because reasons I informed Jason about.

I wish I could give 6 stars! David Fanning and his support staff are wonderful. I had just went through a difficult divorce with a sub par attorney and chose David for my child custody. He and his staff were SOOO much better than my other experience. There are good honest attorneys and David is one of them! No frivolous charges , just good honest service with a personal appeal. They made my child custody case a breeze. I definitely recommend! David will be my attorney from now on!

I was in the middle of a sticky divorce, had challenges that were unimaginable. David Fanning, Jennings Kennady and Bobbi Hubbard jumped right in and helped me get a mediation settlement. They helped me get my daughter back the same day after not seeing her in 4 months! I literally couldn't ask for a better result. Please do yourself a favor and get the best legal team in Waco that will fight hard for you.

I used to be a paralegal for David and let me tell you what, I’m so proud to know that Laura Hebert is now his paralegal. While I was there she was working in the district clerks office and she was always incredible to work with, answering question and had such a willingness to help. She brings an incredible work ethic, professionalism and deep set of knowledge working the other side of the family law case. I'm so glad to have hired Sutton Milam & Fanning. My lawyer was Stephen Yip. He did a great job on getting my charges dismissed. From the beginning, he said I had a strong case and it turns out I did. The DA dismissed the case on the eve of trial. I'm glad it's over with and glad my attorney got the just result.

Thanks to Jason Milam I was able to adopt my daughter. I am not her biological father but I have been her father since she was two years old. Even though we are not related by blood she is mine! Jason and his team worked so hard and kept my wife and I informed on every step of the process even when we hit a bump in the road they worked with us! My daughter is now officially a Raney and I could not be happier! Thank you Jason and Jennings for everything you guys have done you all are amazing!

Not a better law firm in town.
My family have used the firm with great success.
Recently I met with David Fanning on an estate matter.
As always the staff was helpful and pleasant.
Ashley and Laura work quickly and most importantly do not act like you’re a bother.
As a Wacoan I just love the building.
