David has been an amazing lawyer, with out his help I could not have survived my divorce, he did a great job and got me everything I wanted

He was very friendly and laid back, but also knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my case. Sutton Milam and Fanning take care of their clients. They didn't leave me with unanswered questions no matter how big or little they were. Appointments were made to be as soon as possible. I hired Mr. Fanning to represent me in a custody/child support matter. I went into the situation wondering if my rights as a father would be given to me fairly. I’ve never had to work with a lawyer concerning anything so this being my first time I was a little nervous about it all. During my first consultation, I was welcomed into the office by friendly faces and amazing attitudes which eased my spirit greatly. Working with David and his team I quickly realized that I WASN’T dealing with a group of “money hungry” people who didn’t have my best interest at heart. The firm was very helpful and honest also showing to be very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. Surely to say I was treated fairly and with great respect, and I couldn’t be any happier with my outcome. To whoever reads my review, I highly recommend David without any hesitation. I needed a Personal Will done immediately before leaving the country, and the staff was very friendly and understanding and quickly scheduled an appointment that day. The attorney I met, Jennings Kennady, explained everything to me and was able to put together a comprehensive Will ready for me to sign the next day. Excellent services, and I recommend them highly.

I can’t summarize what David Fanning has done for our family. We have felt hopeless for years going through empty promises of several attorneys and having the same result from each representation. We left the courtroom/final ruling each time the same way for years. Nothing was ever good enough to show that my son was the safest in my possession according to them. Fact is-our Case is so complex and mentally draining that only an attorney that truly cares will invest themselves in our case. We finally found one in David Fanning. I wish we would have started with him-we would have been done and over with this a long time ago. Others have given up because of the complexity of our case, they don’t care enough, and only see dollar signs on our forehead. With our previous attorney every email, phone call from myself or from my ex husband’s attorney, messages relayed to their secretary, etc; was documented and charged. I have literally been given a fee sheet on the cheapest person to turn to in their firm-vs going straight to my attorney. So question is-who did I truly have a relationship with-or who really knew what was going on. Not my attorney. We have NOT gotten results from anybody but David. He is the one I talk to and relay messages with-not his staff (except when he is in court). David is the first attorney that puts himself in our shoes and tries to figure out how to get through to the judge to get her to see the big picture and what we are fighting for. I can’t tell you how confident I feel walking into a courtroom with David-he stood true to his word that he will fight to the end of the world and back with us. He’s genuinely a good guy and is not about digging in your pocket for your business. He cares. I promise you will feel the same and see what I see in him.

Very high priced, services are poor in my opinion. Extremely poor communication with their client personally speaking....NOT RECOMENDED...sad really..they could do so much better. I Hope they change the way they are doing business or they will ot do well.

I’m not sure where to even start with Mr. David Fanning. David is the second lawyer I hired in a Family Law case and I wish I had hired him sooner. He was so patient, very prompt/responsive, knowledgeable and understanding. David is very professional and knows how to maneuver the most difficult of situations.
